How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personally identifying information – such as your name and contact information – to third parties to use for their own marketing purposes.

We may share your information with third party service providers who use this information to perform services for us, such as payment processors, hosting providers, auditors, advisors, consultants, customer service and support providers, as well as those who assist us in providing the ad services.

We won't share your personal information with non-agent third parties unless we are required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our property, rights or those of third parties or the public at large. It is possible that we may, on occasion, buy or sell assets from or to other companies. If that should occur, user information is typically one of the assets that gets transferred. Similarly, if Feedload or most of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information could be transferred or acquired. You should be aware that such events can occur, and that if it does, the buyer may continue to use your personal and non-personal information, but only as set forth in this policy. Other than in these rare circumstances, Feedload will not rent or sell potentially personally identifying information to anyone.

We may disclose information where we believe it necessary to respond to claims asserted against us or, comply with legal process (e.g., subpoenas or warrants), enforce or administer our agreements and terms, for fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation, and protect the rights, property or safety of Feedload, its users, or others.

Your content, including your name, profile picture, profile information, and certain associated activity information is available to other users of the Feedload Platform and may be viewed publicly. Public viewing includes availability to non-registered visitors and can occur when users share Your Content across other sites or services. In addition, your content may be indexed by search engines.

We may share with users of our ad services aggregate statistics, metrics and other reports about the performance of their ads or content in the Feedload Platform such as the number of unique user views, demographics about the users who saw their ads or content, conversion rates, and date and time information. We do not share IP addresses or personal information.

We may share aggregate or de-identified information with third parties for research, marketing, analytics and other purposes, provided such information does not identify a particular individual.

We and our third party providers use cookies, JavaScript, local storage, log files, and other mechanisms to automatically collect and record information about your usage and browsing activities on the Feedload Platform and across third party sites or online services. We may combine this information with other information we collect about users. Below, we provide a brief summary of these activities.

Feedload has implemented safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no website or Internet transmission is completely secure. We urge you to take steps to keep your personal data safe, such as choosing strong password and keeping it private, as well as logging out of your user account, and closing your web browser when finished using the our platform.

We only disclose such information to our employees, contractors or affiliates that need to know that information in order to process it for us or to provide other services, and have agreed not to disclose it to others.

In addition to assuring you that we will protect your personal information, we also want to make sure that it is reliable, accurate, and up-to-date.

Because personal information—for example, your email address—is required to use our services, we retain personal information as long as your account is active. You will have the opportunity to correct, update, modify or delete this information. Please note that some information may remain in our records even after you request deletion of your information. Additionally, there may be limits to the amount of information we can practically provide. For example, we may limit an individual's access to personal information where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the individual's privacy or where doing so would violate others' rights.

We will conduct internal audits of our compliance with this privacy policy, including an annual self-assessment. Our employees take your privacy as seriously as we do, and we will take all reasonable measures against any employee found to be in violation of this policy.
